At the time of reservation, you will be charged 50% from the booking total. The remaining will be charged at the property upon check-in
A service charge of 10% will be calculated on the booking invoice.
Payments
Online payments are to be made via Stripe.
Any bank charges relating to the transfer of funds must be borne by the person making the booking.
All relevant local taxes are incorporated into our rates.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival will receive a full refund, minus transfer charges.
Any cancellation between 89-30 days before arrival will receive a refund of 50% of deposit, minus transfer charges.
Any cancellation within 29 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid.
Failure to arrive at the Villa on the day of check-in, the reservation will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
House Rules
You are not permitted to bring any pets or live animals onto the property without prior approval.
There is no lifeguard for the pool. Please watch your children!
No smoking is permitted inside the villa at any time, this includes the smoking of e-cigarettes and vapes. Ashtrays are available for guests to smoke outdoors. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, you will be responsible for reasonable costs of rectification of any damage caused or for any appropriate cleaning or fumigation required.
Guests at Amber Llama must be respectful of the neighborhood at all times.
You are liable for any and all costs associated with repairing any damage done to the villa or its interior, as a result of your actions or the actions of your party during the stay.
Guests should report to the villa manager any disrepair or defect in the villa or its interior as soon as possible.
You must not use the villa for any other purposes other than a private holiday residence for the number of guests stated on your reservation without the explicit approval of the owner or Villa Manager.
The service charge goes to our staff. Should you wish to tip the staff, the tip should be handed over to the villa manager who will then equally share it among the employees.
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy per room is two people (including children aged 2-16) unless agreed at the time of booking. A cot may be provided free of charge for infants under 2 years. Additional guests will be charged and may be refused.
The number of guests in your party must not exceed the number of guests stated on your reservation. We request a guest list ahead of arrival.
You must obtain consent from the Villa Manager for any additional visitors to the property and it is at the sole discretion of the Villa Manager. You acknowledge that there may be charges for additional visitors if approved.
Guests may not sublet the villa.
Check-In And Check-Out
Check-in time: after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Early check in/late check out will be provided subject to availability and upon confirmation by the villa manager one day before scheduled arrival / departure.
Force Majeure
Villa Amber Llama accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, pandemic, disease, mandated closure by government or others, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Limitation Of Liability
Villa Amber Llama, its representatives, the owner or manager are not responsible for any financial loss or for damage to the belongings of anyone permitted to occupy the property nor any injury incurred by any party staying at the property.
